David Parnall Serves as Update Author for Leading California Probate Litigation Treatise
We are pleased to announce that David Parnall served as a contributing Update Author for the 2026 edition of California Trust and Probate Litigation, published by Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB). This treatise is a cornerstone resource for California practitioners navigating the complexities of trust and probate disputes. Dave edited Chapter 5, covering no-contest clauses and other obstacles to litigation, and Chapter 6, addressing the grounds for setting aside a will or trust. Both chapters sit at the heart of contested trust and probate practice. This is Dave’s third consecutive year in the role, having also worked on the 2024 and 2025 editions. His sustained contribution reflects his command of some of the most consequential and nuanced issues in the field and his commitment to advancing the practice of trust and probate litigation.
