PTEL is pleased to announce that Deborah Flores has joined our firm as its Operations Manager and Senior Paralegal. Debbie brings with her more than 25 years of distinguished legal experience in litigation, trust and estate law, and law firm administration — making her an exceptional addition to our team.
As a paralegal, Debbie has supported a multitude of litigation matters from inception through trial. She has deep expertise in discovery, case handling, and legal strategy. Her trusts and estates experience encompasses not only litigation but also estate planning as well as probate and trust administration, giving her a breadth of knowledge that will directly benefit our clients.
Beyond her paralegal role, Debbie will be instrumental in the firm’s day-to-day operations. She will refine internal processes, maintain the highest standards of professional compliance, and mentor not only support staff but also junior attorneys in the nuts and bolts of the daily practice of law. We are confident that her organizational acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence are qualities our clients and colleagues will quickly come to appreciate and rely on.
