Welcome, Andrew Dagher!
We are delighted to welcome Andrew Dagher to PTEL as an Associate Attorney.
Andrew brings a distinctive and impressive background to his legal career. Before joining the firm, he advised on regulatory compliance and legal risk as a law fellow at NASA and later at U.C. Davis — experience that speaks to both his analytical rigor and his comfort navigating complex, highly specialized legal landscapes.
Andrew earned his J.D. from King Hall School of Law at U.C. Davis, where he served as a Law Review editor. While at King Hall he also worked with a legal consulting firm on commercial space and other issues, adding further depth to his legal exposure prior to joining the Bar in 2025. He began sharpening his analytical lens even before law school, obtaining a B.A. in Philosophy from Pennsylvania State University. Outside the office, Andrew is an avid writer and outdoor enthusiast.
