We are thrilled to announce that Kysen Kuo has joined our firm as a certified Senior Paralegal. Kysen brings with him over a decade of litigation experience, with nearly as many years focused nearly exclusively on trust and estate litigation.
Kysen is a seasoned litigation paralegal who knows his way around every phase of a case — from drafting initial pleadings and navigating discovery to assisting at trial. Equally at home conducting deep-dive case research as he is preparing attorney-level document drafts, he brings a rare combination of analytical sharpness and practical versatility to his work.
What sets Kysen apart is his thoughtful approach to the practice: he pairs the rigorous, time-tested litigation fundamentals he developed alongside experienced trial attorneys with a genuine openness to emerging methods and technologies.
